Founded in 1990 we started as a studio specialized in designing posters and flyers for rockconcerts and making wallpaintings in concerthalls and discotheques. In addition to this the T-shirt-business was soon born. Throughout the years clients include publicity agencies, communication agencies, decorating companies and a lot of small companies who wanted their logos and illustrations to look more fetching and up to date. Buying an Apple-Macintosh computer a whole new range of possibilities was born. Designing and illustrating went into an acceleration Our illustrating and painting side does visualize things in a realistic style but in a way that nobody expects or even doesn't exist. The image depends mainly on the project set and the timescale. We tend to sketch out things first and finally finishing it, by painting or on the Mac. Our very own house-image - the red monkey- was a very early drawing for a concert poster in de late eighties. When starting the company, the drawing was painted in oils on board in a slightly different way to suit the image. Businesscards were printed and now the red monkey does watch our studio for almost ten years. |
